The world is still busy with the emerging crisis of the Coronavirus, which struck tens of countries, infected tens of thousands and killed hundreds, while the laboratories continue to study the behavior of the deadly creature in an attempt to find an effective treatment for it.

Studies Reveals:

A recent study on “Coronavirus” revealed that the virus can remain in the air for up to 3 hours, and to live on rooftops for about 3 days.

According to Fox News, the recent research, published on medRxivScientific, sheds light on how long the Coronavirus can survive and pass on to people.

The research paper stated, Covid-19 may remain in the air for 3 hours, and lives on surfaces such as plastic and stainless steel for a period of two to 3 days.”

Research added: “It can also stay on copper surfaces for four hours, and on cardboard for up to 24 hours.”

Another study, published last February, said that “if corona is similar to other coronaviruses, such as SARS, it may live on surfaces for up to 9 days.”

The study added: “On the other hand, the influenza virus can live on surfaces only, for a period of approximately 48 hours.”

Scientists are still focused on the study “Covid-19”, which spread in most countries of the world and left a large toll of deaths and infections.

Up to now, no treatment has been found for the Coronavirus, which is believed to have started to spread within a seafood market in central China’s Wuhan late last year.
